SONIC THE HEDGEHOG
A lot of people think that Sonic the Hedgehog was created by Nintendo, which as we now know, it isn't. Sega created Sonic. As with Nintendo, the picture has been changed as the years have gone on party because Sonic the Hedgehog is so old.

Old Sonic
This Sonic looks quite cartoony in this picture partly because it is 2D. This sonic picture was used in the old Sonic the Hedgehog games which you can play online and it can also be found in the Sonic the Hedgehog TV programme.
New version of Sonic
This Sonic image looks a lot more modern because of the fact it looks 3D. Images like this can be found on the more modern games consoles games, such as the Nintendo Wii or Nintendo DS.
